Aideen has lived in Dubai for 8 years and worked with EER for more than 5 years. Aideen is Irish and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She has lived and worked in Germany, Australia and the UK. Her early career was spent in the banking industry in Ireland, Australia and the UK where she held managerial roles in customer service, lending and marketing communications.
As Head of Business Operations at EER, Aideen is responsible for the Immigration department to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective delivery of services to Immigration Law Firms, Corporate and Global Mobility clients to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations and provide advice and guidance on all matters relating to Immigration.
Aideen has contributed articles on UAE Immigration to law publications and represented EER on Immigration Panels at conferences.

Andreas qualified as an attorney in Germany and is a registered Immigration Practitioner in South Africa. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is author of “The Cooperate Immigration Guide for Southern Africa” and contributing author to “The Cooperate Immigration Review” for South Africa and Kenya.
Overall Harsh has 28 years for immigration and mobility experience. A graduate and qualified immigration officer with the British government, started career with British High Commission, Visa section at New Delhi. Worked for 10 years and then worked with Big 4s and top multinational corporates in IT / Non-IT sectors for 14 years. Holding management positions and advising on immigration, compliance, planning and strategy planning for mobility and travel framework. Managed global immigration cross border mobility rules and regulations pertaining to local statutory requirements, taxation norms, salary requirements, legal immigration compliances, assignment management, vendor management and automation. Has wide experience in Middle East region and European region. Currently have an office in India and Bahrain assisting clients/corporates with immigration and mobility consultancy world wide.
Gavin is the Practice Leader and Head of the Fragomen office in Johannesburg, where he is responsible for growing the Sub-Saharan Africa operations of the firm and ensuring best-in-class immigration services are provided throughout the continent. Before moving to South Africa to lead the practice, Gavin was based in Fragomen’s New Jersey office between June 2013 and September 2015 in the role of Implementation Director, tasked with the development of a comprehensive client onboarding program, process definition, optimization and complexity reduction initiatives as part of the Worldwide Standards and Knowledge Group. Prior to this, he was the General Manager and Head of Fragomen’s operations in Bengaluru. Preceding his appointment at Fragomen, he spent close to 6 years with the immigration team at Infosys the latter 3 of which were in the US leading their US immigration program. With close to 17 years of overall experience—15 of which have been in the field of global immigration, including vast and diverse exposure to process definition and deployment of complex and multi-faceted cross-functional programs across a broad spectrum of HR functions—Gavin brings a unique perspective to the table having played the role of both client and service provider.
