Praveen Hebbale Currently Heads Global Mobility Operations at CGI. Praveen ventures close to 22 years of Industry experience across the spectrum of Immigration / Mobility, Projects and Process Engineering and HR.

Prior to joining CGI, Praveen has worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini India, Infosys Technologies Ltd. and Robert Bosch, India (MICO).

Praveen carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Carrying a Post Graduate Diploma in International Mobility from the Magellan Institute in Paris and has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) as a part of his professional affiliation.

Tommy Angermair

Tommy Angermair is a partner in the Danish law firm CLEMENS. Tommy is one of the most experienced Danish experts on data protection law (including GDPR) com-pliance having provided advice on this topic since 2004. Tommy and the rest of CLEMENS’ very experienced data protection team is currently heavily involved in several GDPR compliance projects for mainly medium sized and large companies, including several large multinationals. Furthermore, Tommy is specialized in corpo-rate immigration law (WPs, business visas for inbound personnel, advising high net worth individuals etc.), which means that he has a profound understanding of the data protection considerations in relation to running an immigration law practice. He is ranked as the only Danish lawyer in the category corporate immigration in Who’s Who Legal (2017 edition). Frédérique David is a partner of Smith d’Oria, a full service business law firm based in Paris (France). She holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and Business Administration, and a DEA (Advanced Studies Diploma) in Business and Economic Law. Frédérique is the founding partner of Lex2B, a full business law firm in 2014. Lex2B is a member of Smith d’Oria AARPI since January 2018. 

Frederique heads the Employment Practice Group. Their practice covers all aspects of French employment law. Together, they advise and litigates in all employment matters, and especially on reorganizations, transfers of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, employee incentive programs (incentive management packages, compensation plans, stock options, etc.), individual and mass redundancy law, harmonization of employment terms, relationships with labor unions, workers committees, employee representatives and labor inspectors and day to day issues. Her clients include both French and foreign based multinational companies.

Frédérique has been appointed Chair of the Employment and Immigration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).

Karolina Schiffter

Karolina is one of the few lawyers in Poland focusing her practice on business immigration law and advises clients on employee relocation to Poland and secondment of Polish employees abroad. She also advises in other areas of labor law. She publishes articles both in daily papers (among others Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu) and in academic magazines (Monitor Prawa Pracy). As a labor law expert, she appears on television and gives interviews on the radio, among others for the INFOR portal and TVN Biznes station. She is a co-author of international publications, among others a book entitled “International Immigration and Nationality Law”. She actively participates in international organizations, among others she is the chairperson of the AILA GMS (American Immigration Lawyer Global Mobility Section Association) member committee. . She holds the Master of German and Polish law degree and won first place in the 5th edition of Rising Stars Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow 2016 competition. Took part in readings and workshops on European and French law at the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis in Nice.

Dominique Coenen

Dominique Coenen is one of the founding partners of the Expat Management Group (EMG), an international mobility consultancy, based in Amsterdam.

Prior to the founding of EMG, Dominique worked at (and eventually headed) the Netherlands department at the Global Immigration Law Firm for many years, primarily focusing on Dutch corporate immigration law.

Dominique assists corporate clients in a wide range of sectors who need to (temporarily) move their foreign staff to their offices in the Netherlands or would like to attract new employees from outside the EU. He thereby provides solutions by which the clients’ urgent business needs can seamlessly coincide with Dutch immigration rules and regulations.
