Tommy Angermair is a partner in the Danish law firm CLEMENS. Erwan Carpentier, French National, joined Mindtree in January 2015 as General Counsel and SVP and is based out of Bangalore. Erwan has over 19 years of experience as in house lawyer in the IT industry and worked, prior to Mindtree, for large international IT companies like Wipro, Accenture or Oracle, based out of Paris.
During his 5 years tenure with Wipro, his previous organization, Erwan was head of Legal for Europe. At that time Erwan was part of the Legal Commission of the French Syntec (equivalent of NASSCOM in France) and was a board member of the French association of in house counsels, the AFJE.
Erwan holds a LLM degree from the Toulouse University in France and passed a distance learning LLM program with the University of London.
Today, as SVP & General Counsel of Mindtree, Erwan heads a team of 8 lawyers, reports to the CEO of Mindtree and his scope goes from M & A transactions, contract negotiations, corporate, reviewing and updating policies, working on the GDPR compliance exercise , litigation and IP.
