France COVID – 19 Update

Effective 23 March, until at least 15 April, flights are suspended between mainland France and French overseas territories, including Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthelemy, as well as between those islands.

Effective 17 March, labor offices are closed to the public.
The issuance of all visas is suspended, including applications for which an appointment has already been made. In line with the EU’s proposed closure of the Schengen border, the French government has confirmed that entry is suspended for all foreign nationals in the Schengen Area. French, EU and UK citizens and resident permit holdersand their families, some cross-border workers, and UK nationalsand permanent residents of France, are exempt. Exit is not suspended for anyone.
